We are very proud of our privately owned, 114 bed healthcare facility specializing in subacute care and rehabilitation. We are pleased to unveil our newly renovated
separate and distinct subacute wing, designed specifically for our short-term clients.
We also provide long-term, respite and hospice care services. We have an extraordinary record of success meeting and exceeding discharge goals which has enabled us to become a premier provider of subacute and rehabilitation services in the county.
We also have the distinction of attaining many deficiency-free NJ State Department of Health and Senior Services surveys, as well as advisory standards which the State awards to those facilities that “strive to go beyond the minimum requirements, to provide clients withexcellent care and a high quality environment”.
Our distinct subacute unit allows our clients to relax and recover in the privacy of a separate wing where they will be with others who share their needs. Our semi-private rooms are charmingly decorated, providing an environment that promotes healing and health in a home-like atmosphere. The elegantly appointed separate dining room provides for socialization and excellence in dining. And our subacute rehabilitative services are unparalled. Our large rehabilitation room features the latest technology and equipment as well as a restroom and working kitchen so clients may practice their skills to prepare for their return to home.
Throughout our facility there are numerous graciously appointed lounges for visiting family and friends, as well as a lovely library with a fireplace for those times our clients prefer quiet reading and reflection. Our beautifully landscaped grounds feature a fully accessible deck and patios. With our overall welcoming ambiance we create an inviting home-like atmosphere for our clients, their families and friends.

Our subacute and rehabilitation programs encourage the client to accomplish specific goals and function independently. Shortly after admission, each member of our interdisciplinary team meets with the client and a thorough evaluation is completed by our professional interdisciplinary team. A personalized treatment plan is developed with a focus on an appropriate discharge.
Therapeutic progress is monitored daily and changes in treatment and needs are quickly addressed. Together the client, family and our interdisciplinary team is committed to restoring maximum functional ability in the shortest practical period of time in order to resume life in the community.
Woodcliff Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center is just minutes from The Valley Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York, and a short ride from Hackensack University Medical Center, Holy Name Hospital and additional area hospitals.
